VEHICLE SCRAPPAGE BILL IN CALIFORNIA
Legislation is awaiting a floor vote in the California Assembly that would provide credits of $2,500 or more to persons who surrender their pre-1970 vehicles to be scrapped. SEMA members are encouraged to contact their state legislators to oppose the bill! Details: visit <http://www.sema.org/members_only/fedleg/> or contact Steve McDonald at mailto:stevemac@sema.org or Brian Caudill at mailto:brianc@sema.org

VEHICLE SCRAPPAGE BILL IN CALIFORNIA
this really chaps my hide.they were giving 600 per i guess that buying older cars and trucks are more important than getting there energy bs straightend out.boy o boy do hate the librails.
not only were they buying the old cars but they turned rite around and resold any cars that were in good shape making a profit to boot.i read this back in the early 90's.its all about money aint it.i say we keep the cars and trucks and send the libarials to another country.
