I have a 1994 F150 and is havings electrical problem. My horn and cruise control have stop workings. I have check all fuse and relays and they are good. Need help in solving problem. Thank.
If you have the cruise and of course the horn on the steering wheel, then the most likely cause it what they call a clockspring, that is in behind the steering wheel. This thing sends the electrical signals to the steering wheel, while still letting the steering wheel rotate. After awhile they break.
I have never replaced the clockspring, but from the description of other guys who have done it, it's pretty simple once you get to it. The hard part is getting the steering wheel off.
