intercooler

I see that there is allot of talk about intercoolers for lightnings. Specifically with ones that are for sale, the sellers mention the intercooler has been replaced. What's deal? Is there a problem I should be looking for on my 2004? I assume we are talking about the intercooler below the super charger, right? Thanks.

You shouldn't really have to replace your I/C. But if you have increased your boost via pulley swap out & you haven't installed an "oil seperator" you may have to clean your I/C due to oil build up sucked through via your PCV system.
