Picture of the new paint.

Here is what my truck looks like now. It is dark pearl red metallic and black on the bottom. It is kind of hard to see, but there is two black stripes going through in the middle of the body. They are painted on. My old paint job just had red pin stripe stickers that always peeled of. They also painted my interior, all the doors jams, inside of the tailgate, and under the hood. I am very happy with the final results. Let me know what you think! My camera is still in the shop, so this was taken with a garbage camera and it is kind of hard to see the true color.

Your Bronco really looks nice, it may have been a hard two weeks without the Bronco but it's was worth the wait.

Thumbs up Nice Paint Job

That's a nice job ,

Where in Vegas is this shop? I'm looking to get mine redone, it's been almost 5 years since I had a $1200 Maaco job and it's staring to chip in places.

I particularly like the fact that they also did the back roof.

I like the glossy top. Good thing the salt out there isn't as bad as here in the midwest. I swear we spend more money on salt then pavement around here.

The shop I went to was Highland Auto Collision. It is off Highland. Ya, the top was painted the same color as the bottom of my truck. It is a flat black with a clear coat. The clear gives it the glossy look. You paid $1200 for a macco job? Wow, my total was $1250. I only had to pay $750, and the guys who's canopy hit my truck paid $550 for his damages.

I am not sure how it was done. When I bought the truck it was already smoothed out. Ya, now I am afraid to put it in 4x4. Here are a few more pics of it. Not very clear though. You can see the top better in some.

Thanks guys! Ya, the bug has been a fun project. In fact we have two of them. The one in the garage is going to be done up for street and the one that you can barley see next to my rig is becoming a sand rail.

You are going to have to take it wheeling at least once before you leave(I know you don't want to mess up the great paint job, but just don't go around rocks or big logs, just MUD), then wash it off real good, then no wheeling for 2 years.
