Has anyone found a fog light replacement for a '00 L that will not crack from stuff thrown up from the road. Tired of replacing one every month. And NO - I don,t tailgate.

 

Anyone know the Hella model number of these fog lights ? Need help !!!

 

Sorry, no info on the fog lights, I've searched all over. I need replacement lights for my 2002 HD truck. Someone please help???

 

I've had no trouble with mine, they are factory original Lightning 04's, from what I have read the 03+ fog lights are stronger than other years.

 

Where can you buy aftermarket fog lights, the factory lights are $375 per set.

 

Navagator makes a direct replacement. They are a bit "ricey" because they have a 3 color glow ring. But, you don't have to hook that up if you don't want to. They are called Cyberwhite. WalMart and Pep-boys sells them. They are not all plastic like the stock fogs. The Cyberwhites run about $40 a set.

Check out ebay....I have purchased replacements cheap there before....2001 and newer are composite clear and not compatible with 99-00, the attachment to the bumper cover is completely different.

 

I installed a pair of Pilot Navigator 607s in my '01's airdam. Had to modify the back of the lights some to make them work, but have not gotten any cracks in the lenses for the past two years. They are at least three times brighter than the OEM lights too.
