Lightning Transplant

Anyone know if the Heads on the Lightning's 5.4 are the same as the ones on the F-250 SD? A buddy of mine just got his hands on a new intake for a Lightning. It's the whole thing, the upper and lower intake, throttle body, fuel rails, and Eaton M112. If the heads are the same the intake should bolt up the same right? I just want to know if it's possible, not how difficult it is. But if you can think of any snags that I might face I'd be glad to know what to look for before I'm half way through. But if you're going to let me know what kind of hold ups I can look to face, I hope you have a solution too. Thanks all.

The 250 will need to have the pistons changed over to the dished forged pistons tp match the Lightning. It's all about needing to have the correct material and compression ratio. His heads will also have to be 1999 or newer to fit the intake. He needs the complete intercoooler system as well as the Lightnings computer. I'm sure I missed a few things.

I'm assuming the dished pistons are just to get the compression down correct? Do you or anyone you know of ever heard of this being done? Also About the lightning computer, programers like superchips and hypertech, or a custom programmed chip on the SD's ECU, would that suffice? cause the lightnings ECU is something I don't have and a programmer is something I do.
