Im my ext E-350, it gets 10 MPG city, and up to 17 MPG HWY, I want to swap in 4.10's in place of the 3.55's, they are killing me. The arrangement of the 5.4 is ****, when you own a vehicle that's so damn difficult to change plugs in that the dealer charges over $300, it's time to look at other brands. The power is impressive when combined with a micro-tuner, but not worth the aggrivation of it's design.

 

I drive a 04-E250 van with the 5.4. It gets 13 mpg city or highway.

Late breaking news: If you go to your image gallery, and bring up one of your pictures, at the bottom of the picture there is some blue typed letters that say "FORUM CODES".

If you click on them, a small window comes up - leave it open.

Go to the forum and thread you want to post a picture in, and start typing in the reply space, then go to your bottom browser bar and find that window that popped up in the gallery when you clicked on 'forum codes'.

- Click on "AUTO INSERT" and watch what happens!!!
