the only way it would ride lower than stock height with all the components there is if the springs have gotten over stressed and are now sagging, so replacing the springs should bring it back to height.
i have a 72 ford highboy that rides low how can i get it back to stock hieght
thanks

Dustin,
I've got a '70 that is doing the same thing. The rear leafs were replaced before I bought it but I can see that the front leafs are so poor they are starting to go "backwards" (or is this normal curvature for the front leafs?)
Does anyone out there have any input as to the best combination of leaves to use? I have the Dana 44HD 3500 lb. axle.
Can you point the way to a source of spring packs for this truck? I don't want to go to a junk yard because then I would be buying someone elses worn out springs.
Also, my front drive line seems to be at a funky angle with the yoke in the front diff. pointing down slightly. I suspect that when I replace the front springs this will raise the frame/body up to the intended height and "reset" the relationship between the t-case and the front diff. Any thoughts?
I have a buddy that drives a Kenworth, and when his front springs did that, they took them to a shop that "re-shaped" them. I don't know much else about it, but thought it may help.
