88 B2200 Crank wobble

Just bought an 88 B2200 but the crank pulley wobbles. I replaced it with another pulley and it wobbles just as bad.

So the pulley is not the problem. Could the crank be bent? it still drives and runs good once its warm. has a problem starting but thats another topic.

What else could it be? I dont know how the crank could be bent. the guy said it was never in a front end accident and there are no signs of on. I really dont want to sell the truck but time is short.

I had a Mustang years ago that had a bent crank, and it vibrated and shook like crazy and barly ran at all, so if its idling and running smoothly, the cranks probably ok

The pulley is one problem it has with running.

-It wont start without a jump (battery if Im lucky)

-Even with the jump sometimes it doesnt want to start. take a few long tries sometimes.

-Wont idle until warm, so i have to keep my foot on the gas for about 3-5 minutes until its warm. If i jump it after I have drove or let it run it will idle.

Can you tell if the whole crank is moving when it wobbles or just the pulley itself?

Pull the pulley off and set up a dial indiactor and see if it is running true or not. If not it is either bent or somebody did some terrible machine work.
