so if i have a 1977 ford f250 I can put the seat from my 95 f150 in it. Its the one with the big fold down armrest that can be pushed up for a third seat. Also keep in mind that i have the in cab fuel tank. I want bucket seats but don't know what would work the best
Agree with Mil1ion! I have seen many of those conversions...and they always improve the interior...IMO.
I know the buckets out of the Broncos will fit into the SuperCabs. Have to put some weld-nuts on the floor, but not too hard... The brackets fit right up.
I have a 76 F-100. I measured the bolt holes for the seat mounts center to center. Fron to back they are 15,5 inches. The width is 42 inches. I recently bought a bench seat from the mid 90s, and the measurements are exactly the same.

What broncos? 78-79 or the 80's or 90's?
I am looking at putting a split type bench from a 95 or so in my 74 crew and I'm pretty sure the split benches have 8 bolt in points instead of 4 like a basic bench. I would assume (hope is more like it) that these mounting points are the same as the buckets were/are and that they will line up.
Is my assumption correct? Anybody tried a split/sliding bench?
this is a set of seats out of a GM....not sure what though. very comfortable. ill be swapping them out for a set of electrics out of a 78 lincoln all electric and leather, same color.
I put some 2003 F250 seats in my 77, it is not a bolt in project. I had to make a custom frame out of box steel. It was a real pain. They will sit higher than the original seats so if you are tall or have problems getting in then they might not be a good option.
I have a friend that took a bench seat out of a 96 larit and took the seat rails off of his 78 and bolt them together and they fit great and was comfortable.
You will need the brackets the seats bolt onto in the first place.
A 78 79 Bronco would be a good place to get those brackets, but the seats aren't the greatest, so once you have the brackets, you can get just about any 70s-maybe90s bucket seats from a truck or car.
I have bucket seats out of a 70s model LTD, and they mounted to my brackets perfectly.
