I just bought another F-250 today, for the grand old price of $1. Im not sure yet if it is a 76, 77, or 78. Owner says its a '78 but it has a '76-'77 grill on it. There has been one sitting behind a resteraunt for the past 8-9 years that my friend has tried to buy a few times and the guy would never sell it. My friend doesn't deal with 70's trucks anymore he plays with 60's now. He told me about it and said if I got it for under $1000 I was getting a steal. I went to talk to the guy today and he told me he'd sell it for $200. I was jsut leaving when he said "Hey you look like you have a lot of fun with these trucks. Haul it out of here and you can have it for $1." He said it runs and the last time he started it was last winter. It has a plow frame on it with a pump, but no blade, two Dana 60 axles, heavy duty suspension, new brakes, new clutch, etc etc. I havent really got a deep down look at it yet. I'm just waiting for him to call when he finds the keys and I'm going to pick it up today. I'll post pics ASAP.
