ignition switch
need some adviceabout switch, changing to 12 volts do i need a different switch or wont the original 6 volt switch work it will carry more amprege than a 12 volt would wont it i have heard it both ways ,how about it,btw i have put a 289 in my 52 f1 also how about the lite switch also thanks;

Overkill, your answer reminds me of an eBay description of a NOS Lucas motorcycle headlight switch for a British bike: "Guaranteed to work as infrequently, intermittently, and randomly as the original"

Propane, ya gotta set up your gallery man. We're starting to go into withdrawal from lack of pictures of your truck. 
As Terry said, the 6V switch will work fine in a 12V situation. I would not do the reverse, though.
