hey I am kinda new to Auburn myself but I am currently trying to get a job at Performance Truck Center in Opelika(beside Durango on Opelika Road). I don't think they can perform the operation but I am positive they can tell you who can. Let me know how it goes cuz I went to Dixie Offroaders in Pell City and they said total cost for a 3.55 to a 4.11 gear swap would be close to $800!

Performance doesn't do anything that deals with engine, trans, gears, etc. It's more of an accessory store. They will do lift kits, but they are usually way out of the normal price range. They have no staff mechanics, they task it out.
Best place I've found so far is Truck Stuff, over near Tiger Town. Good bunch of guys, pretty easy to deal with.

Ok well the only other place that I have heard of is off from the back window of a F150 4wd parked at Donaldson Filtration. The sticker had a number on it but I don't remember it off hand. If I swing by there again I will get the number and post it to you. You could also try calling Foy Union. They are suppose to answer any question that you ask them. The number is 334-844-4244. Sorry I can't help you anymore at this time.
