Can 1995 Ranger be scanned with OBD II
Using a Actron CP 9135 to pull the codes on my 1995 Ranger 3.0 I keep getting a Link Error. I think my pcm maybe bad but want to be sure before I buy one. Has any one ever used a OBD II on a 1995 Ranger? California Air Resoures states that 95 Ranger is not fully compliant.

Your '95 is a transition year vehicle. It's OBD-II, but only a few types of code pullers will work on it. Try a search in the Ranger Forum on the subject and you will come across some posts on it.
