Today in High River the water was up onto the driving surface on the bridge of the highwood River.
It has now started to recede.

Thats good to hear. I was a bit concerened as my parents down south of lethbridge got about the same as they did in lethbridge (85 mm last i checked), and that much rain in one shot can wash away seeded fields and causeing the need to do a replant, its happened to us just a few years back as well.

I live west of HIgh River, about 7 miles, and we are pretty high off the river. We still had water damages though. The water tables were so high that we had seepage coming through the basement. Still did better then the folks in town!. On the bright side , the golf course will be opening hopefully at the end of August!
