was towing a camper last week w/my 05 250 v10 and noticed what seemed like a vibration when I accidentally (well mabye on purpose!) tried to go over 75 mph. It got really noticable when I hit 80. It doesn't do it under 75. Anybody else notice any problem like that?
I don't think camper trailers were made to go that fast. Probably started to flutter, shimmy, shake, etc, sending the vibration through the hitch all the way forward to you. Is this only with it attached?

I would agree with the first poster.let us know what roads you are on so I can get off the road.
If it isn't doing it without the trailer attached, its a vibration being transfered as said.
It could be a drive shaft vibe or carrier bearing shim due to angle of driveline with weight on the truck

I have similar problem on my 4X4 caused by the locking hubs not disconnecting the axles properly. My vibration comes from spinning axles and front driveshaft. Sometimes I have to jack an axle to relieve weight in order to get the hubs to unlock. Truck is with dealer right now and this problem is on his list of things to do.
