The ABS system is very sensitive. Unless you can spot an obvious defect with the wires or other parts of the system, you probably need to change the switch/sensor located in the rear axle "pumpkin". They have a magnet on them and will pick up small shards of metal from the axle internal cause a bad reading back to the ABS system. Also if you have 4WABS you could go as far as to check for mud, rust, crud on the front sensors. Look for the extra wires going down by the fron brake hoses into the back of the hubs.
