1996 powerstroke air conditioning problem

1996 powerstroke air conditioning problem
first the blower motor started working intermittently and then stopped altogether. I was told by an " EXPERT" that I shouldnt replace the blower motor until I was sure that my blower motor relay was working. But he didnt know where the relay was. I have a new compressor now and ready to go as soon as my blower prob is fixed. any advice?

I can tell by your handle that you can work with your hands. Simply jump the terminals at the blower motor itself with a couple of wires from the battery to confirm or deny a bad blower motor.
