99 Lightning Swap into 96 F150

Okay, I bought a 99 SVT motor from a friend for $200 with a blown ring. It needs to be bored .20 over due to piston>cyl gap (there's a small amount of play) and a new passenger side head. No S/C included though. First off, is this a good deal? Second,I'm building a Baja truck out of my '96 F150 4x4 and want to know if the motor will fit. I have an E4OD tranny and OBD-II computer (I know I will probably have to install a 99 Lightning computer to make it run right). Has anyone done this or can someone please help me in preparing for this swap? All help is appreciated. Thanks

If all else is good, the price is also good. Swap in forged rods while swapping pistons. The stock rods are weak. The swap into the 96 is beyond what I can help with. I don't know if forced induction and Baja running should be used in the same sentence. Do other people do it?
