Best soft Tonneau cover?

In your experience, who makes the bast soft Tonneau cover for the '97-'03 pickups?

I'm looking for the price to be under $250 unless you have a real good reason why I should spend more. (I don't believe I am looking for a roll-top.)

Thank you!

I use to have an Extang cover with the snaps on my '96 F250. Traded that truck in on a '04 F250. Bought a Truxedo roll up for it. I will never own another snap down cover again. Those snaps are the biggest pain!

I'm very interested in a cover.

Since we're talking about snaps, let's talk about them...

If carrying a partial load, do snaps hold better than some other system? Does a roll-top (which seems out of my price range) have the ability to be partially open and stay there?

If I am looking for sub-$200 cover, what other system (than snpas) should I look for?

After a good amount of online researching (never seeing them up close), Extang seems like the company I am going to go with.

I'd appreciate any help.

Best,
Dave

Forgot to mention that the snaps eventully rip out of the cover or break off in the snap cover. Had both happen. If you have the snap cover partial open you have no way to secure the lose end. A roll up cover well....rolls up on the locking bar. If I were you I would save a little extra and get the roll up. Just my two cents.
