I just bought an Explorer 2005. When I drive with the A/C on there is a distinctly audible click (every 10 to 15 seconds or so) coming from the center dash. This clicking is not there when driving w/o A/C so I assume it's related to the operation of the A/C. It sounds like a relay switch. I brought it to dealer twice. They said it's normal but it bugs the hell out of me. Is there anyone out there with a 2005 Explorer whose A/C doesn't make these clicking sounds?
