i called napa and they only offer a 12 month warranty i thoughtr i heard they had a lifetime warranty??? how do you know they are going bad i have no up and down movement and no grease leaking from inner seals but am hearing a weird noise when slowing down and applying brakes might just be brake noise not sure.???

Does it squeak when not applying the brakes slowing down? I would look at the brakes real hard. I just did a brake job on my dually and they are a little different then the single wheels.

Man I can't read your sig.

well it definately changes the noise when i apply the brakes. when looking at my rotors i dont feel any grooves but the inside between the rotor surface has pieces (rusted and gone). this might be the problem.

Lock the hubs in and go for a ride and see if the noise goes away.

the front of my rotors looked great but I had weak spots in my rotor and actually had grooves going from the center out (like hands on a clock) not round and round like wheels turn... the tires and wheels are so heavy, plus the caliper holding on, its really hard to "catch" a bad bearing assembly...

what I would do first is reach up ang grab the output shaft (knuckle going out to hub) and see if it wiggles... if it does, it would indicate bad or dry needle bearing...

the hub bearing assy is a big 2 part piece that is not servicable. the best way to check it is to remove the brake bracket, caliper and all, slide off the rotor, and grab the outer half of the bearing, see if it wiggles.... if it does... get your wallet out...

more info on this with additional links....
