Trans Temp Sender-AOD.
I got an Autometer Pro Comp Ultralite Trans Temp guage. I do remember reading that the sender is probably to long to go into the side of the trans and that it might sheer off.
1. What Trans temp sender part #do I need from Autometer (the Autometer tech I spoke with contradicted himslef to many times in a 5 minute call to have earned any credability)
2. Which port on the side of the AOD trans do I need to use for best results? (physical location relative to TV test port?)
3. Should I just put this sender in a T fitting inline to sample the hot oil on its way to the cooler, will this still be accurate if T is located closer to the cooler and further from the trans?
