I had one of the worst nightmares last night. It was horrible! i deampt that i had a chevy truck about a 95 silverado and i loved it. i loved it so much that i went a bought a 2500 silverado that has that piece of junk 6.5 liter turbo diesel engine and it wouldnt run (go figure).
The chevy diesel is a better running, performing, pulling motor than the power stroke in my opinion. chevy's are just as good as any brand. The cummins diesel in the dodge's is a better motor than both of them put together. We own 2 fords and 2 chevys 2 are pickups 1 is a chevy the other is a ford. The chevy can out pull, out handle, out race, and out stop the ford....... don't diss brands. It only shows your lack of knowledge there of vehicles in general. All in all in our experiences chevy's have been just as good if not better vehicles than the ford's we've owned. Btw we've owned a new ford chevy and dodge and none compare to the chevy (this was as of 2 or 3 years ago) before ford changed up there f-(whatever) line pickups.
well, for me its more of a preferance, i do like all trucks but i would much rather have a ford than a chevy, but strangely enough i dont know why. hmmmmmmmmmm

it doesn't matter what brand, they have good ones they have bad ones, i prefer ford.... however, if i had to pick between a early 80's ford with the 3.8 v-6 in it, and a chevy with a 350 or even a 4.3 for that matter i'll take the chevy. if you put a chevy with the same engine options in front of me against an old dodge with the slant six in it, i'll take the dodge. if you put a newer dodge with the 318 or 360 in it against a ford 351 or 5.4 (330) i'll take the ford. if you put an old ford with a 300 six in it in front of any other make of truck, i'll take the ford with the 300 everytime..... the only way the ford doesn't get taken is if its another ford with a 390 in it from 68 to 70.
It's called "HUMOR", grow into some.
Besides, who needs to be lectured by someone that gave up on their dream of a Bitchin' Runnin' 300 I-6.
