how much fabrication skills and equipment do you have access to? metal supplies, cutting tools, welder?

I can cut just about anything with a metal cutting blade in my circular saw. That's what I used to shorten the frame and notch the front for the Chrysler T-bar and I have a four inch grinder. Metal supplies are scare but I have a welder. I'd say my fabrication skills are above average...just want to do it the right way. Why do you ask?

Universal--Isn't.
Bolt-on---Doesn't.
Fits all--won't.

Its just been my experience. Good luck with making it work.
