Consoles - Has anyone added an OEM overhead console to their F250/350? I like the extra storage space, sunglasses & garage door opener storage compartments they provide and the compass/thermometer and lie-o-meter would be nice too. If you have added one, what's it take to make it work, etc.

Cup Holders - My F350 XLT on has two rear seat cup holders that are usesless with 3 kids. What models, if any, i.e. Lariat, King Ranch, Harley or Excursion, have rear door panels with cupholders that will fit?
