mountaineer front gear change

what size are the front gears on a 99 mountaineer and can i install lower gears (4.30's)?
if so who sells them?

Front and rears are the same. I forget what the standard is but the tow package came with limited slip 3.73 differentials (axle code D4 on the door sticker).

What I meant was what size
8.8 7.5 D 44
not the ratio

Front differential is a reverse cut Dana 35
