No air from dash vents - '94 E350

1994 E350 Club Wagon XL, 7.3L diesel.

I get air to the floor and the defog vents - just not out of the dash (face) vents. Any ideas?

if you can't change where the air comes out(stuck coming out of floor/ defrost) I would suspect a vaccum leak or linkage came apart under the dash.
