help!
Hi guys, Im a newby to the forum and need some serious help.
I just got stuck in a park with my 1990 f150 conversion van.
When I turned the key it would not enguage the starter switch.
after removing all i could with my available philips screwdriver, I was able to push the rod that enguages the switch at the bottom of the collum with a pair of pliers. It started fine but I could not take it out of park. The steering wheel was free but not the tranny. After some more jiggling, it went into gear, and I made it home, but it now sits in the driveway and I am at a loss. It seems that the ignition lock does not turn far enough.
I recently retired and use the van to transport remot controlled airplanes. Hope you can help.
