I jost got my BBK 61mm throttle body today along with my edelbrock 5.8 upper and lower intake for my 95 bronco, has anyone else switched to a 56 or 61mm. I think I may have gone too big with the 61mm. Any feedback would be appreciated.

 

Unless you have done some major cam and head reworking the twin 61mm is a bit of a moot point since the intake ports are sized accordingly for the twin 56MM TB out of the factory. Without port matching to the 61mm TB, the intake bores become a restriction. And without some improvements in volumetric efficiency of the heads, the engine won't NEED the 61mm TB flow rate.

Yup, bucky is right on the money. 56MM is the correct choice unless you are building a radical engine and plan on boring out that brand new edelbrock intake to port match the TB bores.
