Does any one know how to get the text to scroll on the '05 6 disc radios? I switched my '04 for a '05 MP3 unit. It has a text button (preset 6) that changes the view of the artist/title, but it always goes back. This is probably addressed in the '05 owner's manual, but i can't seem to get my hands on one. Any help out there?

where did you get the 05 head unit? Any issues with MP3 playback? Do the buttons on the steering wheel still control the stereo? Does it have an AUX input?

 

i bought it on ebay for $230 and sold my old 6 disc for $200. Not bad... everything works fine, just make sure the one you buy has the steering wheel control plug as well as the sub if your truck has one. No Aux input though..
