Whats the diff??
Starting the rebuild of my 390 (Finally) Was on e-bay and found a crank for the 390 interceptor.
Whats the difference in the cranks??
I saw a standard crank, GT Crank, and the Interceptor crank??

Maybe the counterweights might be a little different weight wise. I know there some minor crank bob weight differences as the rod weights changed over the years. Mid 63 adapted the change to better (and heavier) rods in the 390 pretty much making things standard. Nothing balancing won't take care of once you gather your parts. Also some early HP iron cranks had grooved main journals. All are the same nodular iron. A 427 iron crank is also fine and in some cases the same casting as the 390.
