Depends on your lift whether or not you'll rub. I'm currently running that with a 6" Skyjacker and I cannot get those tires to rub at all.
Now, the tires are not recommended by anyone to be run on only the stock 7" wide rim. However my truck is proof that it can be done. Right now my tires have about 40K on them with lots of tread still left. I'm not saying you should do this, but it does work. I am however tired of the looks of the skinny stock rims with these tires, so once they do wear out, I'm going with something completely different.

I have 305/75/16's on my truck. I put them on with stock suspension and got mild rubbing on the leaf springs when turning right. I then put a 2.5" leveling kit on the truck and it still rubs slightly but not very often. Usually only if I pull into a parking lot real fast or something.
My friend had his 315/75's on with just a leveling kit and it only rubbed on the plasic at the rear of the fender. But he also had some aftermarket Eagle wheels like the ones below.
