Can people that are certain they'll be attending go somewhere on this site and let the organizers know? An "electronic RSVP," for lack of a better term? I think it would help everyone involved if we had an idea of the number of people that plan on showing up.

 

I can't foreseeably break loose for it - maybe next year if things go well.

sweet... I'm from the KC area. My gas won't cost me much... sounds fun if you ask me! Just for the record, my truck is sexier than all of yours...

Dang, it is 1006.33 miles from my house to there. Good Lord.

 

Bout the same distance for me- but if I get the new job I am persuing, I will be able to afford to drive just about any gas-hog there.

 

Sweet, it's good to hear there's finally a time and place. I'll try to be there. Only 252 miles for me! That's like.. a tank of gas! Both ways will cost me ~$100.

 

I know our former night shift bunch had planned on making it but I will be unable to attend. Got other plans that week that I can't nor want to get out of.

 

That's okay Birdhunter, this won't be the only one. We want to make this an annual event.

 

Gotcha! Maybe next year then.
