help with exhaust leak

need some help with my 00 250 super duty with 5.4, since i bought it, it has had a small little exhuast leak(sputter/hiss),you really hear when the engne is lugging a little ,i went under with a small tube and listen threw it and went threw every inch of the system and not one little hole except for the weep hole in the muffler,i went around the manifolds and found a broken exhaust bolt, thought thats it but even with someone racing the engine it doesnt seem like the problem, no carbon around it either. what other ways could i find this leak? could it be the way it sounds?help!!!

I had broken bolts on both sides. Thats where they leak. The manifolds warp also. I got two new manifolds and went to work. Took me 24 hours to get the pass side studs out. I had to weld on the broken studs and use vise grips...I put all new studs bolts and gaskets. No more noise!!!!
