I have an 05 and the only programmer available right now is the hypertech. I usually run the 87 octane program for everyday driving but every now and then I put in the 93 tuning and throw a little octane booster in it. The truck is alot more responsive than stock and I have the shift points set at 5200 rpms which makes a big difference.

Sorry, but that's not correct. I can program 2005's with the SCT Xcalibrator.
