05 17" rims on a 2000 250 4x4?

looking to swap in a set of 17's from an '05 4x4 to my '00 250. Tires on rims would be 265/70/17. any problems with spacing,rubbing, or anything??????

I've heard the backspacing is different and that they will probably rub. Seems like I read something abut the pitch and diameter of the lugs/studs is also different.

In other words, I don't know.
