Not sure if I qualify, I have the Reg cab, but have an AEM intake, Magnaflow catback. I have my superchips set to 12lbs 4mph rather than 20 lbs and 5 over on shift points. Keeps it firm, keeps more in the power curve, doesn't feel like I'm beating the u-joints like the factory tune did. Fits my low throttle, up and down grades a lot, driving conditions.

Absopositutly none. I am impressed. I didn't think it would be as good as it is.
In the 80's and 90's I used Hypertech chips in Vette's etc. and as I was in autoparts, and then computers, I did study them, and do understand how they work. While you could have problems with a particular programing error on a setting, the whole concept is pretty straight forward. Well executed, well thought out.
The Superchips system doesn't leave you with that 'beta test' feeling of bad software.
I have had problems with the tuner not working after I had a reflash, but they reprogrammed it, for shipping costs.
Paying for that, and waiting till Superchips got around to me didn't thrill me, but when I got the tuner back, I had it installed within the hour. I really missed the way it drove with the program.
