Dummies Mistake
I got a call this morning, A good friend of mine call me up and siad he been fight a problem all weekend.. His son "fix" his car friday as a surprise for him.. did a full tune up.. And sence then it wouldnt start.. He took it to a local shop and had it there all mornin Saturday.. Still no luck.. There was no spark.. He checked the points, the coil and all the wires.. So I went over this morn.. I pulled the dist cap.. and the first thing I said was was where the "Rotor" His whole problem was a missing rotor.. LMAO.. Funny what people will over look when looking to hard for a problem..

My son used to work for AutoZone and was forever telling me how dumb the customers were. I kept telling him he was exaggerating (being a know-it-all), til he told me this one:
He sold a battery to a guy who lived way out in the styx, and the guy called a couple hours later to say the battery was a no-good POS. My son told him to bring it back. When he got back to the store (60+ mile drive), the battery still had the plastic protector cap on the negative terminal, and it had scrape marks from pushing the terminal over it!
