how do high mileage 7.3 ps do with high hp high tq hop parts

What are you considering "high mileage"? A 7.3 isn't considered broken in until around 120k.
Back to your question. Any "mods" you can do to the 7.3 will only help what you've already got. One caveat would be that you will have to monitor some of the mods to insure that you aren't pushing it past it's limitations. That is why you will hear that one of the first recommendations is a good set of gauges to monitor EGT,transmission temp, and boost.

Yea it wouldn't bother me as long as I know everything is in good running order. But just so you know if your truck has any weaknesses from high milage - performance mods will help you find them - like a tranny on it's last legs. Like Touchof grey said - get yourself an intake, exhaust, and some gauges before you do any fueling (chip or tuner) and you should be set to go!!

This is my siganature from another forum:
'95 F-350XLT Crew Cab SRW 4X4 PSD, 35X12.50X16.5's, LS 4.10's, Air bags front and rear, PS 2000 propane, TYMAR intake, 1.0AR turbine housing, gutted EBPV, downpipe, 5" exhaust system, Bill's Diesel Power chip, Autometer gauges, Fumoto valve, Tru-Cool, HX mod, Tricumulator springs, Sonnax valve, Magnefine filter, 4R100 pan, reverse shackle kit, Big_Fig power pedal,
(Thank God for a wife that likes big trucks.)
I've got 195000 miles on my truck, and I'm putting bigger injectors in next week. Don't let miles bother you.

Seen my neighbor while ago and he said he just rolled 480,000 on his 99.5 SD today on the way home. He runs the older SCMT 2 program for about the last 300000 miles on the highest setting with a straight pipe, and now a kwik filter (thanx to me).He even pulls a 20 ft plumbing trailer everyday also, no gauges either.Never done anything to it other than regular maintence. Looks rough, but he drives 90 miles to work and 90 miles back everyday. I guess regular maint and no tellin how long they will run..

Hey quad... are you still running the stock trans w/ those new injectors?
are you keeping the PS2K on it with the injectors???
I am still looking for another one, since the first never showed up.

Because of my schedule for the next few weeks, I've told Bean to send his next available set of injectors to the next person on the list, since I won't have time to install them until the weekend of the 30th anyway. I'll report how the "transplant" went, and how the truck runs after that.

Both Ryan Bean and Jonathan Ryan are great people to deal with, and either decision would have been a good one, but I decided on Bean's Stage I's for two reasons, they're slightly larger at 160cc's, compared to the Swamp Babies at 150cc's; and they're also slightly cheaper, by $100.
Y'all are going to have to be patient now. Because of my hectic schedule, I won't be able to install the new injectors until the 30th, so I've told Bean to send the next set to someone else on the waiting list, and send me a set in time for my installation on the 30th. It'll be a few more weeks before I have any news for you, but I'll report as soon as they're in, and I've got the silly grin off my face.
