I just have to thank everyone for their advice, especially 05bluehog. I took the visors off half way through the Nascar race today and by the time the race was over I had STICKER FREE VISORS, with no signs of them ever being there. Follow the instructions from 05bluehog and you to can be STICKER FREE...............P.S. This is great form......I think I'll send my money in suport FTE.

Reason: spelling
We use iron on labels in our furniture. We have had to remove them from time to time. We use a steamer. Gently steam the area and peal off the sticker. To clean the glue residue in the past we used white gas and compressed air. Lighly pampen the area and then blow it off with the air. Not sure if this will work for these stickers, but I'm sure it is the same type of iron on that we use.
One thing that wasn't metioned is that you should through all those paper towels you use to remove the glue in a garbage can outside. I used 11 towels and put them in the kitchen garbage can...........when I got up this morning all I could smell was black magic marker...........it was the goof off soaked paper towels...........next time I'll know(wait........... what next time..........the stickers are gone)
rtoy - glad to here you are sticker free! and good point about the used papertowels... that goofoff stuff is really strong and certainly your recommendations are just.
Definitely join the club and support FTE... I too received advice from many of the threads and felt the yearly charge was well worth it (even when you know its free). You'll like the banner free screens and its nice to know you are helping make sure this forum continue in the right direction. Remember it is a club, you get out of it what you put into it!
I likewise hated looking at the stickers because they were looking back. With my 05, I discovered I did not have the double visors so I ordered some using a part number that would have matched my 02. Paid about $70 per visor, but got a match on the color, no sticker and they bolted right in and wired up fine. So if anyone wants a couple of tan visors with stickers PM me. Also, with my 02, I tried (not successfully)taking off the sticker, thought about Goof Off, but decided to just put a visor storage thingy that straped around the visor - got it at Pep Boys.
A freind gave me A sticker that is the same size and color as the original only it reads- WARING this vehicle is equipped with A powerstroke deisel, due to possible beathing problems under heavy acceleration, All females are advised to remove any tight fitting or constrictive clothing for safety.- Were the original sticker has the seat belt picture this one has A bra with an red line though it. IT looks so much like the original one my wife hasn't notice it yet, and its been there for A year now.

Oh, but you could be in big trouble if she ever finds it!
