Anybody around the St. louis area do body work on the side. Or does anyone from the Mo chapter do it or have any suggestions on doing it your self. I'm looking to get some rust repaired on the truck I just got. Looks like some surface rust and some bad spots also.

 

We are not experts but g/f and myself did all the body work on my 84 and I shot the paint (first paint job) Click here then under 84 ranger click body work. The girlfriend uses fiberglass filler and does a good job. She has been doing all her nephews truck.

 

Looks like she did a good job. Is this something she taught herself to do or did she pick it up from someone else?

 

Self taught, she looked at a book and then went to town. I can do it but she is a lot better. She has more patients than I do. LOL

 

take a few close up pictures of the spots and I'll have look at them to see how difficult it would be to fix. Email them to me or post them
