Should I even bother? Any one have any suggestions? I'm leaking some where, I can't find it ! I plan on looking for a heater core leak this weekend, but I have no smell nor wet carpets in the truck. I get a faint burnt rubber smell out side, Help !!!
Might start buy just replacing some hoses and get some new hose clamps especially if its been awhile. get everything good and tight then refill the system.
I was think more along the lines of Bar Leaks, its about $2.50 at Pep Boys. How do you use the pepper drop a table spoon full in the cap and let flow around !

I am serious about the pepper. Put a couple of spoonfuls of black pepper into the radiator, fill it back up, put the cap on and drive. Pepper actually works better than any stop leak that I've bought in an auto parts store. But don't just take my word for it - http://www.google.com/search?q=black...en-US:official
J Bronco, Thanks for the tip,
I took the time to clean out my desk draw, and found 1 Wendy's spoon and a ton of pepper packages. I dumped them all out and came up with a little less than 2 teaspoons, I topped that off at home and dump it all last night. I'll check it for leaks over the weekend and post back !
I printed out the "hints and Tips" pages, some good stuff
It works. If you look in my gallery and see the 66 F100 there, one day I got to work and the radiator had sprung a leak, right in the middle, facing the motor. On the way home I stopped at 7-11 and dumped about 5 or 6 packets of pepper into it and filled it with water. By the time I got home it was fixed and it never leaked again.
