Been playing the guitar for several years now... Messed around with a drumset for a bit, didn't care for it. I love my guitar.

My roots are deep-down Southern Rock, (i.e Black Oak Arkansas, Blackfoot, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc.). I write my own tunes and lyrics for the most part, though. It's my way to vent.

Anyone else here play?

I don't play. But I love tinkering with BIG AMPLIFIERS.
Troubleshooting electronics at the component level is something I did for the NAVY for a long time - and I still do that better than most you will ever see! I don't consider that a brag. It's just part of me...

I have an oscilloscope, and fully intend to gather a lot more test equipment, but with what I have now I can fix dead amplifiers for dirt cheap. I'd be willing to do that for any of us that make music, I love music!!!

I threw away 2 car amps that most likely would have been a cheap fix, had no clue on how to repair it myself and shops want $80 just to open them, I ain't rich.
Murfreesboro has the Blues Festival that goes on in the town square.

 

Before you chunk anything again, bring it to me.

 

Pretty bad since one was an old 800x4 Boss, beem in storage because it quit working after a mishap wiring it through the high inputs., threw it out 2 weeks ago. Broken ones can sometimes be easy to aquire, people will give them away.
