We need to know how many are attending the April meeting. I would like to say meet at 11:00. 12 for those that don't make it by 11.

Would like to make it to the museum by 2 at the latest. For those that can't make it to cookout you can meet me at the door of the museum at 2:00.

I may or may not be availible for the 23rd, but it depends. I'll be at the cookout, but I need an address. And, I'll be bringing one guest.

Depending what happens, I'll be availible on saturday at 11:00, and I am DEFINITELY availible sunday at 11:00. I"ll bring 3 bags of Lays, and a 12 pack of pop (RC, Pepsi, Coke, whatever's cheapest)

Chris: I was waiting to see what weekend we were having our annual bid meeting and it will be next weekend, so I will be down there on the 24th.
We need to get some organizing as far as food and drinks, See if you can put together what we will need and the members can pick out what they want to bring, so we all dont bring the same item.

I guess I had better ask atlanta stx these questions?

A. Do you have a picnic table or something to place food on?

B. Is there somewhere for us to sit or should we bring some lawn chairs?

C. How about eating utensils, plates, glasses/cups, paper towels/napkins, condiments-ketchup/mustard?

D. If bringing soda, should it be brought on ice?

Thats all I can think of at this time, if anyone else can think of anything else please post it!

1. have some chairs but if we have a lot of people coming wont have enough so if people could bring 1 or 2 chairs i think we should be ok

2. there is a place for us to sit for the place is sitting on 2 acres of land

3. i will get a bunch of untensils and etc.

4. dont worry about the ice for i can get the hookup from marsh about the ice for i used to work there and they will give me a discount on that
