Depends on the motherboard attached to your FE processor....some have jumpers that you can configure to change the clock speed and bus speed. you need a manual for our motherboard.
Generally, it's not worth it. You might see a small improvement, but you increase the risk of burning things up. What kind of equipment do you have?

Greg, I think Mike allready started early!! LOL!! I have an HP Pavillion 304W
I just had it up-graded to 512mb of ram and had an 80GB hard drive put in...but I'am on dail-up anyway so that SUCKS!!

The RAM is a good thing. That will help more than anything.
the dial-up is killing you...I'll give up the gas and phone before I cut off the Cable modem :-)

Well Now that I'am back too a Regular job.. with my first com..check..I'll get cable back in the house...I had for years C-band dish..still have 2 10 footers!!
But that doesnt help the Confuser!!
