Got Tranny??

I live near Sossaman and Guad. and am looking for either a rebuilt or someone to rebuild mine. I have a 96 F-150 ed b. 5.8L.

I would appreciate any help in this matter. I've been here in the valley for six years now and am not too sure about local vendors and shops.

By the way I am also in need of a front bumper (met the rear of a toy tundra-I took the brunt of the damage).

thanks for any response to this.

See if you have a Cottman Transmission Shop in your area. I just had my E4OD in my Bronco rebuilt for $1050.00 and a 1 year warranty or 12,000mi. It shifts really great and they also went through and did all the Ford Tech Bullentin Updates. I would highly recommend them. Everybody else quoted me $1800-$2000.00

demmett73,

We're all a bit slower to respond in the AZ chapter forum cuz we're usually yammering away in other forums (at least I am, I can't speak for everyone else). That's why the delay in your question. Looks like Dave got ya covered. I haven't had to get any work done on my tranny (yet, there's no telling when this thing is gonna die) so I don't have any experience from any local shops. Good luck!

I guess I can learn to be a bit more patient, cuz I'm usually reading alot of other forums for advice and what not. Thanks for the replies.
