More progress on the '55. No work done but I did score big on parts. Bought a nearly rust free bed with tailgate, hinges and chains from a '56 F100. The tailgate is real straight as are the bed panels. Just add wood. The best part is the price was about what they are asking for a reproduction tailgate. I found it on eBay and it is local in Choctaw. I was able to look before I bid.

OH, SNAP!!!! that's a good lookin bed. you gotta get mar-k strips, and wood (or just strips, and you could cut and finish the wood yourself)
