Dusty needs help W/decision
This is all about a 85 f250 4x4 with a blown 6.9..The truck is for sale for $900. It isn't rusted anywhere but the roll in the tail gate and and a tiny bit on the wheel well. It has the larger rearend and has NO front driveline and all the guts out of the transfer case............I can do the work but my question to you all is Do you think it would be worth it or do you think I should search some more for a different truck. Doesn't the gas trucks and the diesels use two different transfer cases? and if so wouldn't it make finding one hard to do....I am not someone that can do like you all are doing and building these machines from new parts. Just haven't got the bucks.
