Hey Mike,
It depends on what state you live in. I live in CA and only get MSRP and have also determined that OR and AZ only get MSRP but UT zip codes will show dealer invoice. Try zip code 84105 which is a UT zip. To find zips in other areas go to www.USPS.com

Thanks for the quick reply. That did the trick. Is the factory invoice the same countrywide or is it different regionally. I priced out f-150 supercab and it showed the invoice at $ 25, 406.

I use the Costco site.. http://www.costco.com/
Just click on SERVICES and then on Auto Research.. That will give you the local invoice & MSRP rates for the vehicle and options.. You don't have to be a member to use this feature.
